We’ve taken this roast to the darker side, so it’s best suited to milk for those flavours reminiscent of a well-aged Christmas pudding.

Caffè Classico won a Silver Medal in the Milk-Based (Latte) category at Golden Bean Australasia 2025, the world’s largest coffee roasting competition.

We named this dark roast Caffè Classico as a nod to the traditional Italian coffee experience. This blend captures the rich, bold flavours reminiscent of a classic Italian roast. The intensity of the dark roast reveals a velvety, full-bodied espresso with deep notes of dark chocolate ganache and torte, delivering a complex yet soothing and comforting cup.
