It’s got that lovely flavour clarity you’d expect from a washed process. Through the mid-palate, notes of red apple and toffee create a well-rounded, balanced cup. A sweet citrus tang of mandarin comes through more prominently at the beginning and carries through to the finish, pleasantly lingering.
