This year we have been lucky enough to work with a range of coffee from Gigante, Hulia, famously known for La Mano del Gigante, a work of art and viewpoint depicting a giant’s hand reaching from the mountains above Huila.
This a very popular well rounded medium roasted coffee with a nutty dark chocolate fragrance, bittersweet nuts & cocoa flavour with a smokey wood aftertaste.
