Colombia Red and Yellow Catuai Natural
Produced by the Sara Gutierrez (Women in Coffee) in the El Silencio farm in Buenavista Quindio located at the central mountain range of Colombia.
The special fermentation process involves its coffee being fermented in the absence of Oxygen for 84 hours. Once this is completed, the raw coffee is dried in an African bed for 18 days until the humidity level reaches between 10 to 12%.
