One of our longest collaborators, Jose is the only son of seven children in his family, and is the product of real, through and through coffee farmers. On his four hectare coffee farm in the Huila region of Colombia, Jose has a vast array of 9+ coffee varietals, amongst a biodiverse crop of maize, citrus trees, bananas and maize. This kind of agricultural activity keeps the soil healthy and stimulated, contributing to greater quality across all of Jose’s crops.
