Colombia Pink Bourbon Honey Natural
A very unique varietal, pink bourbon with a different taste profile similar to a high priced geisha. Harvested and produced at finca monteblanco- a family run farm located on the very top of a mountain. This pink bourbon honey natural is dried in solar beds for five days followed by 22 days on raised beds in the shade, the moisture content of the cherries reaches 10.5-11%.

Rwanda Coko Honey Peaberry
Special Reserve micro lot peaberry produced by smallholder farmers and processed in mbilima washing station on the high hills. Located in the coko sector of Gakenke District in the rugged and mountainous northern province of Rwanda.

Colombia Red And Yellow Catuai Natural
A project by Sara Gutierrez (Women in Coffee) from the el silencio farm in Buenavista Quindio. Located in the central mountain range of Colombia between 1500 -1600 MASL with a special fermentation process where coffee is fermented in the absence of Oxygen for 84 hours. Once the fermentation process is completed, raw coffee is dried in an African bed for 18 days until the humidity level reaches between 10 to 12%.
