The Wood Roaster began roasting their own coff­ee blends in 2007. Our coffee is blended from selected quality imported beans, then slow roasted to perfection using our unique, traditional wood‑roasting process. We are so particular about our roasting process, we even source the wood from selected regions around Australia to give a delightful, deep wood taste. The distinct intense flavour and full-bodied aroma is evident.
