Washed Caturra with notes of fig, Fuji apple and plum, balanced by low acidity, high sweetness, and a syrupy mouthfeel.
Dried fruit and sweet raisin aroma lead to forward notes of fig, ending with the low acidity and high sweetness of Fuji apples. Plum is present through the middle of the palate, with a syrupy tactileness coating the tongue. A truly lovely example of a washed caturra coffee.
