This resulted in our quest to create a 100% exclusive speciality arabica blend – Olivia is a multi-dimensional overload flavour of rich notes of English Toffee, Blackcurrant, Caramelised Orange and Dark Chocolate.

With the fragrance of bold cacao, raw sugar and sweet aromas in the cup comes from a perfectly blended 3 origin coffee, featuring medium to strong acidity at the front end, but a lingering dark chocolate and stone fruit flavours gives way to a berry happy ending.
A fusion of 100% Speciality arabica coffee origin with sweet bold chocolate, nuts and honey flavour of central American beans. The bright, juicy red and black berries, and stone fruits from Central African beans give this blend its distinct flavours.
This blend features 2 medium-dark roast profile along with a lightly roasted bean that encompasses the amazing choc berry flavour, minty aftertaste.

The Calm Before The Storm
Calm Before the Storm was a Silver medal winner in the Milk Based (Latte) category at Golden Bean Australasia 2024, the world's largest coffee roasting competition.
The Calm Before the Storm was created during an extreme storm in Sydney. The streets outside our warehouse were flooded, so we decided to spend the day doing what we love most, creating, tasting and perfecting coffee. We had such fun mixing different rations and tasting coffee till it was perfect, with all that excess energy we smashed out a few games of ping pong along the way too! By the end of the day, The Calm Before the Storm was born.
What emerged was a full bodied coffee blend that packs a punch!
A complex, multi-dimensional blend, Calm Before the Storm is a correlation of six different Central American and Central African beans all with an individual cupping score of 85. These zeal together for a full body fashion of rich and smooth dark chocolate, caramel, pineapple, apricot, plus lilac and blueberry after tones.
The four medium-to-dark and two light profiles blend together for a rich and smooth sensory experience both as espresso and milk-based latte style coffees.
As the name implies, this blend is perfect for coffee lovers who like to know they have had a real coffee experience.

Lex Blend was a Silver medal winner in the Espresso (Short Black) category at Golden Bean Australasia 2025, the world's largest coffee roasting competition.
In 2024, Lex Blend also impressed the judges with a Silver Medal in the Milk-Based (Latte) category, plus a Bronze in the Espresso category, making it a consistently top-performing blend, whether served black or with milk.
Lex is our light roast blend, showcasing seasonal coffee’s with fruit forward flavours. This brew features bright, juicy notes of honeydew that evoke the sweetness of ripe melons, complemented by crisp red apple. This blend is all about highlighting the more unique characteristics of coffee.
