Lex Blend was a Silver medal winner in the Espresso (Short Black) category at Golden Bean Australasia 2025, the world's largest coffee roasting competition. It begins with a solid malt and chocolate base, which is softened by caramel sweetness before opening into red fruits and a quiet floral lift. Crisp apple-like acidity keeps it lively, and the finish hangs around: sweet, slightly tart, and just interesting enough to make you take another sip. A dependable comfort, suitable for all milk types.

I really love this coffee, and it's a great contrast to some of the other blends. Am running this side by side with Choc Berry. Thanks, The Wood Roaster.

I found THE LEX BLEND to be a nice mild roasted coffee for when I wanted I did not want a heavier flavoured coffee, When I want that I use
THE CALM.

My all day goto cup.
It is quite difficult to find coffee with fruit and stone fruit notes. Lex does the job perfectly and is my all day goto cup.
