Finca Monteverde was inherited by the fifth-generation Gutierrez family. This single origin originated from Wush Wush village in Ethiopia.
The coffee is processed with a natural method and the fermentation process is done using native yeast in a temperature-controlled environment and then dried. This results in a rich multilayered coffee.
