Wood roasting is the most sustainable, renewable and environmentally friendly practice compared to gas and other roasting styles.
To ensure we’re doing right by the environment, we use compostable coffee pods that are 100% biobased and certified compostable because they are certified aluminium and plastic free.

Sustainable.
We use Australian ironbark hardwood sourced from sustainable forests, where for every tree removed, another 3 are planted.
We are going green. We own 52 solar panels that power the entire roastery. Our mission is to provide the best tasting coffee from the best parts of the world, while reducing our impact on the planet.
