In 2024, Lex Blend also impressed the judges with a Silver Medal in the Milk-Based (Latte) category, plus a Bronze in the Espresso category, making it a consistently top-performing blend, whether served black or with milk.
Lex is our light roast blend, showcasing seasonal coffee’s with fruit forward flavours. This brew features bright, juicy notes of honeydew that evoke the sweetness of ripe melons, complemented by crisp red apple. This blend is all about highlighting the more unique characteristics of coffee.

We named this dark roast Caffè Classico as a nod to the traditional Italian coffee experience. This blend captures the rich, bold flavours reminiscent of a classic Italian roast. The intensity of the dark roast reveals a velvety, full-bodied espresso with deep notes of dark chocolate ganache and torte, delivering a complex yet soothing and comforting cup.
