Giveaway Rules

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by The Wood Roaster (“Promoter”), Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (excluding ACT & SA).
  • Employees of The Wood Roaster and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion opens on 21st April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm 31st May 2026
  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • Spend $90 AUD or more in a single transaction on The Wood Roaster website during the promotional period to receive 3 entries into the draw.
  • Spend $150 AUD or more in a single transaction to receive 6 entries into the draw.
  • Each qualifying order counts as a separate entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • ECM Espresso Machine & Grinder
  • 2kg of coffee (winner’s choice of blend or single origin)

Total prize value: $5,400 AUD

  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Draw & Winner Selection

  • The draw will take place on 2nd June 2026.
  • The winner will be selected at random.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The winner will also be announced on The Wood Roaster’s Instagram account.
  • Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.

8. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must claim their prize within  10 days of being notified.
  • If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner.

9. Conditions of Entry

  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with The Wood Roaster’s Privacy Policy.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
