INGREDIENTS
- Short cocktail glasses
- Ice
- Cocktail shaker/strainer
- 40ml BRIX ‘Trail Mix Rum’
- 30ml The Wood Roaster Espresso - we recommend ‘Go Nuts’ blend
- 10ml NSW Redgum Honey Syrup
- 10ml Autonomy Native Australian Amaro (Vic)
- Garnish such as pinch of Aniseed Myrtle/ One Dried Leaf
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of Ice
- Garnish & Enjoy!
